Manoranjan Fort, Rajmachi, Maharashtra - A massive fort
The town of Rajmachi is quite famous for its massive forts and Manoranjan Fort is one of them. This fort lies on the west part of Rajmachi town. The main idea behind building this fort was to keep an eye on the plateau of Manoranjan Hills. There are three entrances to the fort along with a water tank right at the top of the peak. As the fort is in ruins, the local authorities as well as the government of Maharashtra are trying their best to preserve this beautiful fort of bygone era. Since the fort is at a hill top, one can get a breathtaking view of the plateau down with amazing natural beauty.
