Killiyur Falls, Yercaud, Tamil Nadu - An enthralling waterfall

Located at a distance of just 3 km from the Yercaud Lake, this enthralling waterfall is one of the most sought after attractions for the tourists in the town. It is best seen after the south west or north east monsoon. The excess water of the lake and the water gushing from the Shevaroy Hills when falls down in the Killiyur Valley from a height of 300 feet offers an astounding sight to be enjoyed here. The trekkers can take an hour trek route across the forests from the lake to the bottom of the waterfall.
