For conducting the same, there is a big ground in Kolhapur named Khasbag Maidan. This ground is a huge one and nearly about 25,000 viewers can sit here at one shot. It is quite interesting to see this maidan in both the case – filled with spectators and also when it is empty! Also, there plays background music at the time of wrestling competitions to fill enthusiasm in the wrestlers on the ground.
