Khajuraho Shopping

Frankly speaking, Khajuraho is not a perfect destination for shopping but as we all know, a trip without shopping seems to be incomplete. So, for completing the trip, the city offers few but astonishing handicraft items for sale. Khajuraho lags behind in the field of shopping as it is mainly a tourist place and so one could not see any stretched market area or any shopping mall. But there are few small shops displaying common handicraft items made by local craftsmen. Especially, one loves to buy the souvenirs carved with sculptures resembling the poses engraved on the walls of temples. Most of the handicraft shops are there on the Jain temple Road. So, visit it for the sure!!
