For the tourists having interest in the ancient art and craft, the Kangra Art Gallery is the ultimate destination. Built in 18^th century, this museum serves as a treasure trove of Kangra rich arts and crafts. It houses some of the best miniature paintings, sculptures, anthropological items and artifacts of ancient Kangra region. Here you will find some of the interesting artifacts which are dated back to the 5^th century.It also showcases coins jewelry and manuscripts of olden times. Apart from it, you can also see a massive complex of the Judge’s court which is sprawled in a vast area of 8 acres of land. This ancestral property was once the residence of Sir Jai Lal of Kangra and now has been transformed into a heritage hotel.
