Hemu or SamratHemu Chandra Vikramaditya was a brave Indian warrior who wanted to establish a Hindu rule in the northern part of the country. The second war of Panipat was fought between him and Akbar. The place is the memorial of this brave warrior depicting the great history and valor of Indian heroes. It is the only memorial of Hemu in the city but nowadays it is not properly maintained and thus needs to be protected.
