At 10 kilometers from Jaipur is the holy pilgrimage Galtaji which is famous for its natural water springs. The temple complex of Galtaji is amidst the beautiful landscape which has several temples in it. It is said that Saint Galav spent his life mediating here and thus the place is considered as a holy place. In the 18^th century, a courtier of Sawai Jai Singh, Diwan Rao Kriparam built this outstanding temple. The temple is built in such a way that the structure of the temple looks more like a Haveli than a temple. The harmony of the temple has made it a sacred pilgrimage for the Hindus.
