This monument is one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. The fort is actually described as a walled city. Built with bricks in the inner core with sandstone on external surfaces, this huge fort was completed in 1573 AD. There are a number of beautiful buildings like the Moti Masjid - a white marvel mosque akin to a perfect pearl, Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-e-Khaas, Jehangir's Palace, KhaasMahal, Shish Mahal and Musamman or SammanBurj inside the fort.
